He has a deep experience in the UTP/NPL market and has full responsibility in the implementation of the Business Plan according to an end-to-end approach.

Professional with over 20 years of experience in law and UTP/NPL credits. He heads the Legal Department, where he faces every challenge with determination, pragmatism and expertise. She believes in confrontation and collaboration among colleagues. Passionate about cars and motorcycles, she brings the same passion and dynamism to her work.

Graduated in Law and Financial Market Economics, he specializes in Business Administration at ESCP Paris. After siginificant experience in the NPL industry in leading Italian and international servicing companies, he joined Héra in 2024. He is the main contact for scouting, investment opportunities and new business initiatives.

A degree in accounting with G.E.A., Francesca has in-depth knowledge of budgeting, general accounting and business tax procedures. At Héra since 2003, she has been in charge of cash first note keeping of planning, revenue and payment management, and tax and social security compliance.

Graduated in Economics and Management at Roma Tre University, with five-year experience in consulting at BIG4(EY and Deloitte). Today he is Senior Financial Accountant in Hera and is responsible for managing accounting and management control, with a focus on improving economic and financial performance.

After studies in economics in Italy and abroad, he started his career in an insurance agency, continuing in financial and accounting roles in professional firms, companies and start-ups. Today, at Héra, he manages treasury in the finance department. A lover of the sea and nature, he cultivates related passions in his spare time.

Lawyer with more than a decade of experience in civil law. Since 2015 she has been working in Héra where she was able to deepen issues related to real estate law and the management of NPL/UTP impaired loans. She loves working in a team because she believes that good teamwork is the basis of any professional success.

Graduated in Psychology and specialized in Human Resources Management, Elena has gained a 360° experience in people management. In Héra she is HR Manager. She deals with organizational well-being, employee growth and inclusion, coordinating strategies to enhance human capital and contribute to the success and corporate culture.

Expert in real estate investments, private equity and M&A, Alessandro has worked as a Research Analyst, Real Estate Consultant and Business Advisory. With international experience (New York, Madrid, London), he excels in financial analysis, profitability and management of complex portfolios, optimizing the value of investments.

Graduated as Surveyor, in the world of Construction and Real Estate since 2000 where he followed real estate projects in Lugano, London and Munich, acquiring an international vision. Since 2020 in Héra where he is in charge in the Construction Department. Prior he worked in various construction companies as project manager, acquiring solid expertise in real estate project development strategies for real estate projects.

Architect since 2004, Barbara matures her experience in freelance practice in several firms dealing with design, multidisciplinary coordination and DL. In 2021 she meets the Real Estate world assuming the role of Project Manager for the development of urban contexts from small to large scale.

Graduated in Sociology specializing in Communication and Mass Media, she has been a Professional Journalist since 2006. After several experiences as a video journalist in Rai and OdeonTv, she opened to the world of corporate communication. In Héra since 2016 she deals with 360° passion in corporate image and internal and external communication.

In Héra since 2021, Alessandra is responsible for managing and coordinating daily administrative and logistical activities, from planning and coordinating resources, to supporting management and the entire team to ensure daily operational efficiency.

Graduated in international studies, she joined Héra in 2023 to support the CEO and General Manager positions, offering a wide range of administrative and organizational support. She stands out for her ability to set priorities and her predisposition to learn.

Twenty years’ experience in the real estate sector, in sales and pre and post-sale client management, following economic and contractual negotiations, He follows the marketing in northern/central Italy by planning the best strategies to position the various initiatives in charge of the company on the market. In his spare time, Lorenzo devotes himself to volunteering, horseback riding and sailing excursions.
