18 Apr Hera Partecipazioni One completes acquisition of two NPL loans from Bank Sparkasse

Héra Partecipazioni One has completed the acquisition of two NPL loans from Bank Sparkasse, Savings Bank of Bolzano.
The loans are classified as single name and are backed by a double mortgage guarantee. The first guarantee is a photovoltaic plant located in Porto Marghera (Mestre), while the second refers to the trophy asset “Palazzo Lenner,” a historic sky-rise building in the municipality of Rovereto. The purchase was made through the creation of a new compartment in an existing securitization vehicle, through which Héra had made previous acquisitions.
The creation of the new sub-fund will enable Héra to make new acquisitions in 2025, as envisaged in its development plan.
Gianni & Origoni acted as legal advisor for the transaction taking care of the aspects related to the purchase and subsequent securitization of the receivables, Edrasis Group acted as Arranger, and 130 Servicing acted as Master Servicer of the securitization.
